KeyCorp was organized more than 160 years ago and is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. One of the nation's largest bank-based financial services companies, Key has assets of approximately $92 billion. Key provides deposit, lending, cash management and investment services to individuals, small and medium-sized businesses under the name of KeyBank N.A. Key also provides a broad range of sophisticated corporate and investment banking products, such as merger and acquisition advice, public and private debt and equity, syndications and derivatives to middle market companies in selected industries throughout the United States under the KeyBanc Capital Markets trade name. Beth Mooney, CEO and chairman of KeyCorp received the top spot on American Banker Magazine's esteemed "The 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking" list for the second year in a row in 2014. The honor comes on the heels of Mooney being named one of Fortune's "50 Most Powerful Women in Business." Mooney, who is the first woman to lead a top 20 U.S. bank, joined KeyCorp in 2006 as the top executive of the bank's then-14-state Community Bank. She became CEO in 2011launching significant and strategic change to position KeyBank for continued growth. In her role as CEO, Mooney leads a workforce of 14,000 employees and is responsible for the bank's two million clients and approximately $92 billion in assets.


John Roehm started his career with KeyBank as Senior Vice President of Retail for the Seattle Cascades District. In 2013, KeyBank combined the two Washington Districts into the Washington Region. John was promoted to Regional Retail Sales Leader and is responsible for 155 retail locations for Key Bank in the state of Washington. John is very involved in a diverse selection of civic and community councils including serving on the Executive Board of Directors for the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, a board member on the Academy of Finance and a member of the state cabinet for the March of Dimes. John also coordinates and participates in DECA programs and Junior Achievement Days. John has served as a mentor for at risk teens and for the Executive Development Institute (EDI) focused on Asian and Hispanic professionals.
